* Design von Leiterplattenlayout mit SMD fine-pitch, BGA, FBGA und TH-Technologie
 * Design von Multilayer-Platinen mit impedanzkontrollierten Leitungen für HF-Signale
 * Abstimmung der Mechatronik- und Softwareschnittstellen (inkl. Firmware)
 * Spezifikation elektronischer Komponenten/Systeme im Rahmen von Pflichten-/Lastenhefte bis zur Definition qualifizierender Tests
 * Erstellung vollständiger Elektronik-Fertigungsunterlagen
 * Unterstützung und Betreuung externer Entwicklungspartner, Bewertung und Optimierung der Angebote hinsichtlich Kosten und Leistung (Funktionsbeschreibung und Testing)
