 * Erfahrung mit Monitoring-/Logging-Stacks (z. B. ELK, Bosun) und CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
 * Verständnis moderner Security- und Resilience-Mechanismen (Zero Trust, Immutable Infrastructure)
 * Deutschkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau, Sie haben produktive Cloud-Umgebungen nicht nur aufgebaut, sondern verantwortet. Sie kennen reale Incidents, wissen, wie Systeme unter Last reagieren und wie man Stabilität nachhaltig verbessert.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Betrieb von AWS-Cloud-Infrastrukturen

Als Teamleiter Cloud Operations agieren Sie operativ stark und gleichzeitig führend. Sie verantworten gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team den stabilen, sicheren und automatisierten Betrieb einer rein AWS-basierten Produktivumgebung und entwickeln diese systematisch weiter., Sie sind fachlicher Sparringspartner für Engineering und Management und bauen ein kleines, hochqualifiziertes CloudOps-Team strukturiert aus.

 * Operative Verantwortung für Betrieb, Stabilität und Skalierung der AWS-Infrastruktur
 * Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines CloudOps-/DevOps-Teams
 * Sicherstellung von IaC-Standards, Zero-Trust-Architektur und sauberer Change-Kontrolle
 * Steuerung von Monitoring, Incident-Handling, Troubleshooting sowie kontinuierlicher Automatisierung
 * Evaluierung neuer Technologien mit klarer Production-Readiness-Perspektive
