 * bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld mit (z. B. Geräteverwaltung, Systemadministration).
 * kommunizierst sicher und klar auf Deutsch (C-Level) sowie Englisch (B-Level).
 * arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenständig.
 * verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in der Systemadministration und Infrastruktur (insbesondere Netzwerkstrukturen) sowie idealerweise im Bereich Druck- und Output-Management.

 * bist zentrale Ansprechperson im Bereich Printing Management und unterstützt interne Kunden auch bei weiteren IT-Systemen, z. B. unserer Digital-Signage-Lösung.
 * übernimmst Verantwortung in verschiedenen Projekten und treibst deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung aktiv voran.
 * arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abstimmung.
 * übernimmst den 3rd-Level-Support für deine verantworteten Plattformen und stellst den störungsfreien Betrieb unserer Systeme sicher.
 * bringst dein technisches Know-how ein, um unser IT-Portfolio kontinuierlich zu optimieren und innovative Lösungen voranzutreiben.
