## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Logistikbereich (z. B. Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Logistikmeister) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation durch Berufserfahrung
 * Praxiserfahrung mit SAP und Lagerverwaltungssystemen (WMS)
 * Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen und mobilen Endgeräten (Scanner, Tablet, PC)
 * Starkes Verständnis für Material- und Informationsflüsse sowie logistische Prozesse
 * Fähigkeit zur nachhaltigen Ursachenanalyse und Problemlösung
 * Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2 - 3 Schicht) sowie hohe Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1)

## Description

* First Level Support (Hard- und Software) im Umgang mit dem WMS sowie angrenzenden Logistikprozessen
 * Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Service-Tickets inkl. Eskalationsmanagement
 * Sicherstellung der Systemfunktionalität von WMS und logistischer Peripherie
 * Durchführung von Systemtests im Rahmen von Prozess- und Systemanpassungen
 * Analyse von Beständen, Stammdaten und Parametern (Material, Ladungsträger) sowie Identifikation von Fehlerursachen
 * Initialisierung und Nachverfolgung von Inventurvorgängen
 * Schulung und Unterweisung von Mitarbeitenden im korrekten Umgang mit dem WMS
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lager, Produktion und weiteren Schnittstellen sowie bei Bedarf Mitarbeit in der Materialflusssteuerung
