## Description

* Entwicklung und Skalierung unserer Laravel-basierten CRM-Plattform
 * Backend-Entwicklung mit PHP 8 und Laravel 12
 * Entwicklung moderner Frontend-Komponenten und benutzerfreundlicher CRM-Oberflächen
 * Aufbau und Integration von RESTful APIs
 * Anbindung externer Systeme, z. B. Payment, DATEV, Kommunikation und weitere Schnittstellen
 * Datenbankdesign und Performance-Optimierung mit MySQL, PostgreSQL und Redis
 * Umsetzung neuer Features von der technischen Konzeption bis zur Implementierung
 * Entwicklung von Unit Tests mit PHPUnit
 * Mitarbeit an Architektur, Codequalität und technischen Entscheidungen
 * Aufbau und Optimierung von CI/CD Pipelines mit Docker und GitHub Actions
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing, Finance und weiteren Fachbereichen
