The PaaS IaaS Unit team ensures the management of mainframe servers and supporting infrastructure including the z/OS and zVM operating systems as well (Capacity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Asset Management, etc.). Your responsibilities: Systems Administration activities include to implement, integrate and maintain hardware and software ensuring quality cost-effective services and to provide effective and efficient problem resolution in order to achieve the highest levels of availability, reliability and performance. * z/OS and 3rd party software installation and maintenance * Analyse system problems and resolution * Prepare and maintain documentation * Implementation of security controls (z/os RACF) * Comply with audit and security requirements * Operation includes on-call duty distributed among the team (an average of 1-2 shifts incl. on-call duty once per 5 weeks expected) * SAN disk & tape management. Storage management.
