Lösungsarchitektur & Entwicklung: Konzeption und Implementierung von maßgeschneiderten, skalierbaren Lösungen mit einem klaren Fokus auf die Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement und Marketing Cloud Connect unter Einhaltung von Best Practices

Technische Anpassung: Eigenständige Programmierung und Weiterentwicklung von Applikationen mittels SSJS, AMPscript, SQL sowie HTML/CSS zur Umsetzung spezifischer Kundenanforderungen

Systemintegration: Realisierung stabiler Schnittstellen zwischen diversen Salesforce Clouds (z.B. zur Sales/Service Cloud) und externen Systemen wie Postmaster oder Google Analytics über etablierte Integrationsmuster

Plattform-Optimierung: Modifikation und Erweiterung von Standardobjekten wie "Lead" und "Kampagne" auf der Salesforce Lightning-Plattform zur Abbildung komplexer Geschäftsprozesse

Qualitätssicherung & Dokumentation: Durchführung von Code-Reviews zur Einhaltung von Entwicklungsstandards sowie Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation zur Gewährleistung nachhaltiger Lösungsqualität
