 * Erfahrung in UI-Design/-Entwicklung und Datenbankentwicklung
 * Erfahrung im Aufbau von Linux-Systemen und Betriebssystemkomponenten sowie in der Analyse und Bewertung elektronischer Schaltpläne
 * Sicherer Umgang mit bewährten Programmierpraktiken, insbesondere Secure Coding
 * Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien und Protokollen (z. B. LDAP, CIFS, WLAN, OPC UA, Profinet) sowie Verschlüsselung
 * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) sowie Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1) bzw. Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben
 * Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

 * Ganzheitliche Plattformentwicklung (inkl. Linux-Kernel-Anpassungen für kundenspezifische Hardware, OS-Paketverwaltung und Toolchain-Management)
 * Entwicklung des vollständigen Applikations-Stacks (Frontend-GUI, Backend-Datenbanken, Automatisierung und Systemintegration)
