 * Kommunikationsstärke sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern

## Description

* Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des unternehmensweiten Design Systems
 * Konzeption skalierbarer, nutzerfreundlicher und barrierefreier UX-Lösungen (Accessibility / a11y)
 * Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von UX-Konzepten für komplexe Enterprise-Anwendungen
 * Entwicklung neuer Design-Komponenten in Figma (z. B. Akkordeons, Tabellen, Navigationselemente)
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams zur Sicherstellung der technischen Umsetzbarkeit
 * Erstellung und Begleitung von User Stories in Jira
 * Review, Abstimmung und Abnahme von Entwicklungsergebnissen
 * Pflege, Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung von Komponenten und Richtlinien in Confluence
 * Stakeholder-Management mit Product Ownern, Entwickler und UX-Expert
