You'll likely have: * Experience building backend infrastructure or platform systems. * Experience building enterprise products or working in regulated environments. Experience with Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) deployments is especially valuable. * Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure across at least one of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and how to configure them securely * Strong programming skills in Go, Rust, Java, C++, or similar. * Experience working with infrastructure as code and Kubernetes * Broad knowledge across networking, databases, distributed systems, security * Experience building secure, reliable systems that operate under demanding production workloads. * A product mindset-you care about the people using the systems you build. We're less interested in traditional DevOps experience and more interested in engineers who enjoy building software that powers infrastructure., We're building with tools that both humans and AI love.
