Skills required: * HR background (People Partner, HR Generalist, or similar) with deep understanding of employee lifecycle and operational realities * System implementation experience with HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) from either change/project or end-user perspective * Practical change delivery experience in fast-paced, complex environments * Training and facilitation capabilities with confidence presenting to diverse audiences * Advanced PowerPoint and presentation creation abilities * Strong project planning and tracking capabilities * Experience with change management tools and methodologies ## Description Flutter Entertainment is transforming HR through a comprehensive digital modernisation, implementing cutting-edge systems to create a seamless, self-service employee experience while driving operational excellence. As we continue our global expansion, we're looking for a hands-on Change Manager to drive successful adoption of HR system enhancements and process improvements. This role will be the critical link between technical delivery and user adoption driving practical, business-facing change and adoption activities. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who has experience supporting HR technology implementations, either from within a change/project team or as part of an impacted HR function. You'll be a key enabler of readiness, training and communications helping to ensure change is not just planned, but executed effectively at all levels.
