 * Sie nehmen IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen entgegen, analysieren diese, dokumentieren die Vorgänge und sorgen für eine zuverlässige Nachverfolgung bis zur Lösung
 * Sie arbeiten eng mit externen IT-Dienstleistern sowie internen Fachbereichen zusammen, um komplexe Störungen nachhaltig zu beheben und Lösungen erfolgreich umzusetzen.
 * Sie kümmern sich um die Beschaffung, Inventarisierung und Verwaltung unserer Hard- und Software sowie des gesamten IT-Equipments.
 * Sie arbeiten an abwechslungsreichen IT-Projekten mit
