Technischer Kundensupport im Microsoft-365-Umfeld (vor Ort und remote)

 - Betreuung der Telefonhotline und des Helpdesk-Systems
 - Installation, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von Hard- und Software für unsere Kunden
 - Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Windows-, Apple- und Android-Endgeräten
 - Interne Unterstützung bei verschiedenen IT-Projekten
