## About the Role

* Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Intelligence mit
 * Du hast dein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik mit Vertiefung in Controlling / Business Intelligence oder Statistik / Data Science erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und kannst gleichzeitig Business-Herausforderungen identifizieren, herausarbeiten und in konkrete Umsetzungspläne übersetzen
 * Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung mit einem gängigen BI Tool, idealerweise Tableau Cloud/Server/Next, PowerBI oder CRM Analytics.
 * Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Beratungs- und Problemlösungskompetenz
 * Die Arbeit in Teams sowie ein sicheres Auftreten ist für Dich selbstverständlich

## Description

* Du übernimmst die Beratung, das Anforderungsmanagement, die Konzeption, die Entwicklung sowie Einführung von Business Intelligence Lösungen
 * Du erstellst Reportings und Dashboards mit Tableau Cloud/Server/Next, PowerBI oder CRM Analytics
 * Gemeinsam mit internen Kund:innen (Fachbereichen) und externen Partner:innen kümmerst Du dich um die Gestaltung der BI-Prozessabläufe
 * Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört außerdem das Lösen von Problemen beim Datenmanagement sowie die Anregung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen
 * Du bist verantwortlich für das Definieren und Umsetzen von Regeln und Standards bezogen auf Datenextraktion, Staging, Informationsmodellierung und Reporting
