Preferred Qualifications * Experience administering Oracle database environments. * CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 certification. * Experience supporting Department of War or Intelligence Community enterprise systems. * Experience with database automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code. * Experience supporting cloud-hosted or hybrid database environments. * Experience with database monitoring, performance analytics, and enterprise management tools. The PostgreSQL Database Architect provides technical leadership in the design, implementation, administration, and modernization of enterprise database environments supporting Department of War and Intelligence Community mission objectives. The incumbent architects and maintains secure, scalable, and highly available PostgreSQL database solutions while supporting database performance, security, disaster recovery, and modernization initiatives.
