Successful applicants shall be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment, and if hired, shall be subject to substance abuse testing in accordance with UGI policies. ## Description The SAP BASIS/HANA Administrator will be responsible for the support and administration of all SAP activities and implementations. This includes planning, coordination, and implementation of all changes in SAP including performance and tuning analysis, capacity planning, systems support and planning, application support, and software upgrades. Principle Accountabilities: Accountabilities are statements documenting the specific and important results which the position is intended to achieve through time. They connect major, significant or principal functions performed to a result, against which some measurement of performance can be applied. List no more than six (6) key items, from most important to least important. Denote the approximate percentage of time allocation with the total percentage of time equaling 100%. Items should be limited to two (2) sentences and should be concisely described. Production * SAP BASIS/HANA administration and technical core competencies for tasks including installations and upgrades, problem determination and resolution, software patching, support package application, performance tuning, and project sizing. * Participation in multi-landscape design solutions, architecture recommendations, and client strategies for continuous improvement. * Administer SAP implementations and upgrades in multiple environments, including SAP CRM, ECC, SAP ERP S/4, FIORI, Business Warehouse, Business Objects, and Solution Manager deployed on SAP HANA. * Responsible for the design and implementation of the Portal landscape upgrades and patches. Planning and Implementation * Provide analytical skills to evaluate system performance, system health checks, and implementation of tuning improvements. * Provide technical expertise and participation in technical projects across multiple teams. Strategic Business Interactions * Work closely with SAP Functional Teams to coordinate and ensure complete enhancements to company's enterprise-wide SAP implementation. * Interact with other IT groups to support IT infrastructure requirements.
