## About the Role

Do you have experience in Help desk systems?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Education/Certification:

 + High School diploma
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

 + Fluent in speaking Spanish and English
EXPERIENCE:

 + Minimum of 1-year experience troubleshooting electronic devices in an enterprise environment preferred
 + Understanding of enterprise-level applications, especially help desk software
 + Ability to translate help desk calls between Spanish and English
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

 + Handle telephone calls in a polite and informative manner
 + Knowledge of all major operating systems
 + Demonstrates analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
 + Familiar with common enterprise and end-user software including, help desk software, Skyward, Microsoft Office, Email, Google suite, and internet browsers
 + Familiar with Chromebooks, iPads, and Hotspots
 + Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, + Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
 + Strong ability to multitask
 + Occasional prolonged and irregular hours
 + Communicate effectively in both oral and written form
Physical demands/environmental factors:

 + Sitting continuously
 + Repetitive hand, arm or finger motions
 + Reading close-up work such as typed or handwritten material
