This position is responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of advanced MEMS pressure and accelerometer sensors. The ideal candidate will lead engineering efforts involving simulation, analysis, fabrication, testing, and evaluation of MEMS sensor technologies while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, production, and quality., * Design, develop, and improve MEMS pressure and accelerometer sensor products from concept through production * Perform simulation, analysis, fabrication support, testing, and evaluation of MEMS sensor technologies * Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to improve fabrication, testing, packaging, and product yields * Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for manufacturing and product performance issues * Utilize DOE and statistical methods to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product reliability * Create and maintain engineering documentation including drawings, layouts, schematics, specifications, and procedures Company Description ZimZee Recruiting is a full-service recruiting and professional placement firm for both clients and candidates.
