The successful candidate will provide Tier 2 Helpdesk support for Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST financial management applications, serving as a functional expert responsible for troubleshooting complex user issues, supporting system enhancements, performing testing activities, and ensuring the continued effectiveness of enterprise financial systems.
