Preferred * Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001). * Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environment. * Exposure to ITSM practices and service operations (e.g., incident, change, and problem management). * PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification (or actively pursuing). * Experience supporting global or multi-site infrastructure rollouts. ## Description Lincoln Electric is seeking a motivated Infrastructure Project Manager to join the Enterprise PMO. This is a junior-to-mid level role responsible for planning and executing IT infrastructure initiatives spanning networks, servers, data centers, end-user computing, and site operations - while supporting adjacent cybersecurity and compliance workstreams as needed. The ideal candidate is an organized, execution-focused PM who can manage across multiple technical teams, keep projects on track, and grow into a seasoned practitioner within Lincoln Electric's PMO.
