As a Principal Software Engineer for Health100, you will set the technical direction for cloud-native, event-driven platforms and services. You'll partner with product and architecture leaders to make pragmatic design decisions, mentor senior engineers, and stay hands-on for critical-path components. You will translate prototypes into production systems with clear reliability, security, and performance standards while ensuring strong engineering practices (testing, observability, CI/CD) from day one.
