## About the Role

Do you have experience in Software installation?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, We are seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT infrastructure and end-user support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in hardware/software troubleshooting, desk-side support, and network fundamentals, along with excellent customer service skills., * Minimum 3+ years of IT infrastructure field support experience

 * Strong knowledge of:
 * TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP
 * Windows OS (Mac/Linux preferred)
 * Experience with:
 * Desktop imaging and application support
 * Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
 * Network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
 * Ability to handle hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
 * Experience with end-user network cabling issues

Smart Hands Support

 * Hands-on support for:
 * Monitors, keyboards, mice
 * Printers, scanners, fax machines
 * Routers, switches, firewalls
 * Racks, cabinets, and patch panels, * Associate Degree in Electronics or related field
 * CompTIA A+ Certification (preferred)
 * Vendor certifications (Dell, Lenovo, etc.) are a plus

Non-Technical Skills

 * Strong communication and customer handling skills
 * Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 * Proactive, result-oriented mindset
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, * Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs

## Description

* Provide desk-side support and PC break/fix services
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues
 * Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
 * Perform desktop imaging and application installation
 * Provide smart hands support for IT and networking equipment
 * Troubleshoot network connectivity and cabling issues
 * Support LAN/WAN environments and basic networking tasks
 * Manage and resolve incidents using ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy)
 * Perform root cause analysis and problem management
 * Ensure timely resolution of issues while meeting SLA requirements
