## About the Role

* Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
 * Technical aptitude and interest in electronics or hardware systems
 * Experience with equipment assembly, maintenance, or repair
 * Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
 * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
 * Detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused mindset
 * Ability to follow instructions, read diagrams, and document work clearly
 * Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
 * Experience with soldering, wiring, or PCB assembly
 * Basic understanding of electrical safety standard
 * Experience in a manufacturing, electronics, or hardware startup environment
 * Knowledge of inventory management systems
 * Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 40 lbs)
 * Valid driver's license for occasional local deliveries or client visits
 * Background check and Drug test required

## Description

* Assemble electronic circuits, components, and hardware systems following established procedures and schematics
 * Perform equipment testing, calibration, alignment, and quality control checks
 * Troubleshoot hardware issues and assist in diagnosing system malfunctions
 * Support onboarding of new clients by preparing, testing, and configuring equipment
 * Verify system performance by testing installed or assembled units
 * Conduct preventive maintenance and follow manufacturer guidelines for equipment care
 * Maintain accurate inventory of components, tools, and supplies; track stock levels and incoming shipments
 * Document assembly steps, test results, irregularities, and ongoing needs to ensure team continuity
 * Maintain electronic system and component databases, including data entry and backups
 * Assist with packing, shipping, receiving, and equipment logistics
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product improvements and operational efficiency
 * Contribute to a positive team environment by accomplishing related tasks as needed
