Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant subject matter ## Description We are seeking a seasonedPlatform Engineerto join a managed services team supporting a diverse, multi-tenant client base. This senior, production-facing role is responsible for the operational health of infrastructure, line-of-business applications, and platform services. The primary focus of this position is to serve as the escalation point for complex platform issues, ensuring ownership through resolution while continuously improving client environments.
