2-4 years of professional software engineering experience building production web applications.
Proficiency in web development using JavaScript/TypeScript, and React

## Description

The Growth team is responsible for accelerating member acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention through rapid experimentation and thoughtful product development. As a Software Engineer II (Full Stack), you will build and maintain the experiences and services that power WHOOP's growth initiatives, working across the frontend and backend to deliver high-impact features that directly influence member and business outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and fellow engineers in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment where iteration, measurement, and continuous improvement are core to how we build.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work within a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to design, build, and ship full stack features that improve member acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Develop and maintain frontend applications using modern web technologies
Build, maintain, and optimize APIs and infrastructure supporting our acquisition funnels, e-commerce experiences, and membership growth experiments.
Break down feature requirements into actionable tasks, prioritize work, and consistently deliver on sprint commitments.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve the reliability, quality, and maintainability of the platform.
Participate in code reviews and collaborate on best practices with your engineering peers
