Strong OHTL engineering and utility project experience

 - Product Owner/Manager or Engineering Lead experience
 - Agile/Scrum proficiency
 - Excellent stakeholder management and communication
 - Experience with digital engineering, automation, or AI solutions (preferred)
 - Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Civil Engineering, or related field.

## Description

Lead Product Ownership: Drive vision, roadmap, and backlog for OHTL engineering digital solutions.

 - Translate Requirements: Convert business use cases into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
 - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and leadership.
 - Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as SME for OHTL engineering processes, standards, and best practices.
 - Agile Leadership: Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, requirements gathering, and solution reviews.
 - Validate Solutions: Ensure engineering outputs meet utility standards and compliance requirements.
 - Risk & Governance Management: Oversee product risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and delivery governance.
 - Support Adoption: Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and promote product adoption.
 - Drive Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives in AI-enabled documentation and automated engineering deliverables (e.g., specifications, drawings, CAD outputs).
 - Enhance Productivity: Improve engineering efficiency through automation and digital tools.
