You'll work across the stack, from data models and SQL queries to dashboards, KPI views, and mobile-friendly interfaces that franchise operators actually use every day. This is an in-person role. We want someone who wants to be in the room with the team. **Who we want** Above all, we want someone *highly resourceful*. The developers who thrive here figure things out, ship work that matters, and don't wait for permission or perfect specs. We're looking for someone who treats modern AI tools like Claude, Codex, Grok, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor, and whatever launches next month as a serious force multiplier, not a gimmick. If you're already using these tools daily to write, debug, design, and ship faster, you'll fit in here. If you're not, you'll fall behind. We believe the best developers in 2026 aren't the ones who memorize syntax. They're the ones who know how to direct AI, verify its output, and use it to build better products faster than anyone thought possible. **Our stack** We're primarily a Microsoft shop. Most of our work is in HTML, Python, Java, and SQL. We're also beginning to expand into Snowflake and other modern data tools. You should be comfortable across the Microsoft ecosystem and excited to help us evaluate and adopt new tools as we grow. **What you'll do** * Build and maintain features across our reporting and analytics platform * Write performant SQL queries and help shape our data architecture * Develop interactive dashboards, leaderboards, and drill-down views * Design and integrate APIs and data pipelines * Translate sales and operator feedback into shipped product * Optimize for mobile, since many of our users are on their phones at the shop * Use AI tools aggressively to compress timelines and raise quality * Help us evaluate and integrate new tools like Snowflake as our data needs grow ## Related Videos - [Slopquatting, API Keys, Fun with Fonts, Recruiters vs AI and more - The Best of LIVE 2025 - Part 2](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1765-slopquatting-api-keys-fun-with-fonts-recruiters-vs-ai-and-more-the-best-of-live-2025-part-2) - [How a Small Team Shrank a Microsoft Monorepo by 94%](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1236-how-a-small-team-shrank-a-microsoft-monorepo-by-94) - [The Resilience of the World Wide Web](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1281-the-resilience-of-the-world-wide-web) - [20 billion requests a week: Upgrading Twilio's API gateway at scale](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100234-20-billion-requests-a-week-upgrading-twilio-s-api-gateway-at-scale) - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE – AI, Freelancing, Keeping Up with Tech and More](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1786-wearedevelopers-live-ai-freelancing-keeping-up-with-tech-and-more) - [Git for Code Reviews](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/429-git-for-code-reviews) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Dev Digest 132 - Binging WADFlix?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/473-dev-digest-132-binging-wadflix) - [WeAreDevelopers Dev Digest Issue 116 - The new search wars…](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/445-wearedevelopers-dev-digest-issue-116-the-new-search-wars) - [Find a Developer Job: 12 Best Job Sites For Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/165-find-a-developer-job-12-best-job-sites-for-developers)
