## About the Role

 * Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
 * Minimum of 4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data analysis environments.
 * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
 * Strong experience with SQL, DB2, relational databases, and report development tools.
 * Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
 * Experience with data modeling, process mapping, and technical requirements analysis.
 * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to train and support users on reporting systems and analytical tools.
 * Experience developing automated reporting solutions using macros, Visual Basic, or similar tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills/Experience of the Data Analyst III:

 * Experience with SAS or other statistical analysis software.
 * Knowledge of healthcare operations, systems, or coding structures.
 * Programming or scripting experience to support reporting automation.
 * Ability to influence stakeholders and support process improvement initiatives.

## Description

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Data Analyst III for a hybrid opportunity in Columbia, SC. Candidate will support operational and strategic initiatives through advanced data analysis, reporting development, and process improvement activities. Candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reporting insights that support business performance and operational decision-making., * Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to support operational and business performance initiatives.

 * Analyze and validate data to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting metrics and analytical outputs.
 * Design, code, and maintain database queries and automated reporting solutions.
 * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and improve reporting methodologies.
 * Provide training and guidance to users on reporting tools, systems, and analytical processes.
 * Support operational and financial decision-making through trend analysis, reporting insights, and performance tracking.
