Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes including O2C, P2P, and R2R. Proven project management, stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. Experience managing global teams and large-scale ERP transformation programs. Preferred Qualifications * SAP S/4HANA Migration or SAP Data Services Certification. * Experience with SAP MDG, Data Governance, and Data Quality frameworks. * Experience in global SAP transformation and deployment programs. ## Description Lead and manage end-to-end SAP Data Migration workstreams across SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformation programs. Responsible for driving migration strategy, planning and governance, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring data quality, and driving successful migration execution, cutover, and go-live support.
