They will be involved in the continuous development of the infrastructure and stay current with the IT business needs of the organization. The system administrator should have a strong technical understanding of Microsoft operating systems and servers, including various hardware, software, and networking systems. Additionally, excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with patience and the ability to work in a team environment.
