## About the Role

+ Proven ability to provide desktop support for both local and remote staff in manufacturing (outdoors) and office environments.

 + Familiarity with desktop software, networking (routers, switches), and troubleshooting IT issues both in person and remotely.

 + Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

 + Willingness to travel and work across multiple Texas locations (primarily Kermit and Monahans) with flexible, on-call availability.

How You Will Stand Out

 + AAS in Computer Science or a related technical field.

 + Experience working in IT support within a manufacturing setting.

 + Experience with virtualization technologies and advanced networking systems.

 + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 + Team player with a positive, supportive attitude., + Ability to work in a manufacturing environment both indoors and outdoors

## Description

+ Continuously develop expertise in systems and network administration to enhance performance and efficiency.

 + Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, Veeam, and VMware, contributing to the optimization of virtual environments.

 + Deliver responsive and effective end-user support through a ticketing system, phone, and direct requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

 + Collaborate with Systems Administrators on diverse projects, providing valuable assistance in troubleshooting and system maintenance.

 + Create and refine detailed documentation of processes and procedures to standardize workflows and improve knowledge sharing.

 + Proactively address after-hours IT requests, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalating complex problems as necessary.

 + Deploy and configure IT assets across enterprise environments, aligning technology with business needs.

 + Support backup and disaster recovery processes to maintain data integrity and business continuity.
