Project Management Professional (PMP) certification / Certified Construction Manager (CCM) / Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) Desired Skills : * Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus * OSHA or QC certification is a plus * Knowledge of SBA and the 8(a) program is highly desired. * Experience with of RMS, ProjNet, EM385 and similar Corps specific systems and documents * Critical infrastructure and data center infrastructure experience with Electrical, UPS, thermal, battery HVAC, is highly desired * Experience using estimation software and tools (e.g., Excel, NavisWorks, Bluebeam, P6, Microsoft Projects, etc.) is recommended * Experience in international locations * Convenient access to a major airport to accommodate travel ## Description Seneca Federal Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager (federal construction focus) to deliver high-value technical Critical Infrastructure projects globally in support of U.S. government agencies, including the Department of Defense and the Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). This role is 100% remote with approximately 30% travel to job sites to conduct site visits for inspections, installation, and start-up activities, lead client meetings, and to assess project progress and compliance. The ideal candidate will reside in an area with convenient access to a major airport. Additionally, access to federal worksites is required for this role. As such, candidates must meet eligibility requirements and successfully pass associated background checks.
