* ESD Mid: 0-6 months of IT support experience OR ESD Senior: 6 months-1+ years of IT support/help desk experience
 * Experience supporting desktop hardware, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues
 * Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
 * High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional IT training or certifications are preferred
 * Active CompTIA Security+ certification required
 * Active Secret Security Clearance required
 * Familiarity with NGEN and/or SMIT environments is preferred

## Description

* Provide first-level technical support for enterprise network users and customer systems
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network connectivity, and account access issues
 * Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and multifunction devices (MFDs/MFPs)
 * Assist users with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) technologies
 * Document, track, and escalate incidents while delivering excellent customer service
