## About the Role

* University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of minimum 8 years;
 * Excellent knowledge of one of the agile frameworks: roles, events, artifacts, sprint cycles, and Scrum principles;
 * Excellent knowledge of scaled agile concept;
 * Ability to support iterative delivery, flexibility, transparency, and continuous improvement;
 * Ability to lead meetings such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective effectively;
 * Ability to guide the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders without directly managing them;
 * Excellent knowledge of JIRA and hands-one experience working with boards, sprint reports, backlogs, and burndown charts;
 * Understanding of software development processes and enough technical awareness to understand team challenges and delivery flow;
 * Ability to coordinate with Product Owners, managers, business users, and external vendors;
 * One of the following certifications is required: Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, PSM II, PSM III), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A CSM), Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster (CSP-SM), EXIN Agile Scrum Master, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP), Scrum Master Accredited Certification Offered by the International Scrum Institute.
 * Excellent command of the English language.

## Description

We currently have a vacancy for a Scrum Master fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely (within EU). In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team.

Your tasks

 * Facilitate Scrum events such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and backlog refinement;
 * Help the team follow PM² agile principles and keeps the team aligned with agile ways of working;
 * Remove impediments that block the development team from progressing with sprint work;
 * Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and creating clear user stories;
 * Documentation of the agile way of working of the team;
 * Monitor sprint progress using Jira boards, burndown charts, and sprint reports;
 * Coach the team and organization on agile practices, Scrum roles, and continuous improvement.
