## About the Role

We are looking for a Scrum Master who combines Agile expertise with consulting maturity.

 * fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
 * +5 years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Consultant
 * Experience working in Financial Services (banking, insurance, payments, asset management)
 * Strong understanding of Scrum and practical Agile delivery
 * Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe) is a strong asset
 * Experience in complex or regulated environments
 * Ability to challenge teams constructively and drive continuous improvement
 * Strong facilitation and communication skills
 * Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
