You will be part of a collaborative Brussels-based team working closely with colleagues across multiple locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality end-user support services and contributing to workplace technology improvement projects. This position is ideal for a service-oriented IT professional who enjoys combining hands-on support, troubleshooting, workplace technologies, and user interaction in a fast-paced environment., * Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and workplace-related incidents. * Manage and coordinate IT service requests from initiation to closure. * Deliver support for laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, and mobile devices. * Configure, install, and maintain Windows and Mac workstations. * Manage workstation inventory and asset lifecycle processes. * Produce and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles. * Deliver VIP and executive-level support when required. * Work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve operational issues. * Support workplace transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. * Contribute to workplace and mobility projects. * Advise users and stakeholders on workplace and mobile technology solutions., * Limited international travel may occasionally be needed. * Hybrid work may be possible subject to business requirements. * Coverage of business operations between 08:00 and 19:00.
