 * Fundiertes Verständnis von Software-Architektur: Service-orientierte Ansätze, API-Design, Domain-Driven Design oder vergleichbare Konzepte
 * Vertraut mit Refactoring- und Migrationsmustern (z.B. Strangler Fig), um schrittweise von monolithischen zu service-orientierten Strukturen zu kommen
 * Sicherer Umgang mit MySQL/MariaDB sowie ein gutes Auge für Datenmodellierung und Performance
 * Erfahrung mit statischen Analyse-Tools (PHPStan, Psalm) und automatisiertem Refactoring (Rector) ist ein Plus
 * Praktische Erfahrung mit modernen KI-Tools im Entwicklungsprozess (Code-Analyse, Review-Unterstützung, KI-Assistenten) - und die Bereitschaft, neue Werkzeuge zu evaluieren und ins Team zu bringen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Erfahrung mit Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD und automatisierter Qualitätssicherung von Vorteil

 * Entwicklung moderner, performanter Frontend-Funktionalität und sauber definierter Schnittstellen zwischen Frontend und Backend
 * Mitwirkung an gemeinsamen technischen Standards und Architektur-Leitlinien im Team
 * Code-Reviews und kontinuierliche Wissensweitergabe an Kollegen
 * Evaluierung und Einführung moderner Werkzeuge - insbesondere KI-gestützter Verfahren für Code-Analyse, Reviews und Entwicklungs-Workflows
