## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Background, z. B. HTL, FH oder Universität.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Versionierung, Integration und dem produktionsnahen Betrieb von ML-Modellen mit MLOps-Praktiken wie CI/CD, Monitoring und Deployment.

 * Praxis in Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning oder der Umsetzung generativer KI-Anwendungen; Kenntnisse in PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain oder Hugging Face sind ein Plus.

* Du konzipierst, entwickelst und implementierst ML-, Advanced-Analytics- und GenAI-Lösungen entlang des analytischen Lifecycles und bringst sie mit bewährten MLOps-Praktiken produktionsreif in den Betrieb.

 * Du stellst Skalierbarkeit, Stabilität, Performance, Monitoring und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von ML- und KI-Lösungen sicher.
