## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Betriebsführung von Microsoft Infrastrukturen (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Fileservices) bei unseren Managed Service Kund:innen
 * Durchführung von Migrationen (Merger oder Carve-Out) sowie Major Upgrades
 * Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen sowie technische Verantwortung in Projekten und Betrieb bei Kund:innen
 * Mitwirkung bei Dokumentation, Standardisierung, Automatisierung, Knowledge-Transfer und Übergabe von Aufgaben an den 2nd Level Betrieb
