* You hold a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
 * You bring several years of experience in IT Security, Auditing or GRC, evaluating internal controls and communicating findings to technical and business stakeholders
 * You are motivated by protecting businesses, reducing risk and making complex environments more resilient
 * You understand frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST and IEC 62443 and can translate them into real-world improvements
 * You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic mindset, looking beyond the obvious to identify root causes and uncover opportunities to strengthen security
 * You enjoy working with stakeholders across different functions, cultures and locations, communicate confidently in German and English, and are willing to travel internationally

 * You bring IT, OT and Security teams together to continuously raise security standards across the Group
 * You support colleagues and leaders better understand risks, opportunities and compliance requirements in a practical way
