## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation auf Maturaniveau (z. B. HAK, HTL)
 * Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise im SAP-Umfeld, sowie Kenntnisse in ABAP und ABAP OO von Vorteil

## Description

* Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Softwarelösungen innerhalb unserer SAP-Systemlandschaft mit Schwerpunkt CRM, unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Performance und Zukunftsfähigkeit
 * Zusammenarbeit mit einem erfahrenen Beratungs- und Entwicklungsteam zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Anforderungen
 * Analyse und Übersetzung von Anforderungen interner Kund*innen in nachhaltige, effiziente und technisch durchdachte Lösungen
 * Mitwirkung an Initiativen zur Systemoptimierung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer bestehenden Systemlandschaft
 * Mitarbeit an zukunftsorientierten Projekten im Kontext Energiewende sowie Einsatz von KI zur Förderung innovativer Lösungsansätze, Social ganz ohne Media - feiern bei vielseitigen Mitarbeiterevents wie Business Run, Sommerfest und Co.
