* IT-Ausbildung (HTL) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (Matura / relevante Abschlussprüfung / gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie allgemeine IT-Kenntnisse basierend auf dem ECDL-Standard)
 * Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung

 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Benutzerverwaltung und Ticketsysteme sind von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2), sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich

## Description

* Entwicklung & Optimierung: Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, Konfiguration und Optimierung technischer Lösungen, Prozesse und Schnittstellen
 * Systembetrieb: Mitarbeit bei Installation, Konfiguration, Überwachung und Wartung von Systemen und Schnittstellen
 * Fehleranalyse: Analyse und Behebung technischer Probleme aus dem Funktionsteam oder anderen Quellen
 * Integration: Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme, Schnittstellen sowie bei Migrationen und Upgrades
 * Dokumentation & Reporting: Erstellung und Pflege projektbezogener Dokumente (z. B. Angebote, Änderungsaufträge, Zeitpläne, Finanzberichte) sowie Reporting zur Entscheidungsunterstützung
 * 2nd Level Support: Technische Unterstützung und eigenständige Bearbeitung komplexerer Incidents
