## About the Role

Do you have experience in Troubleshooting electrical systems?, * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field

 * 3+ years of experience in electrical, electronics, battery, or power systems testing
 * Hands-on experience with common electrical test equipment and instrumentation
 * Experience documenting test procedures, results, and technical reports
 * Experience with Python, LabVIEW, or other automation/programming tools
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, * Experience with battery systems, renewable energy systems, or power electronics
 * Familiarity with environmental or thermal testing
 * Experience developing automated test frameworks
 * Startup or product development experience

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to lift, move, push, and pull 30-50 pounds frequently; occasionally over 50 pounds with assistance
 * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
 * Ability to kneel, squat, climb, and work at varying heights occasionally
 * Ability to work outdoors and in varied weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures

## Description

* Learn and develop expertise in the operation, architecture, and design of the Yotta Block system and related products
 * Execute manual bench testing using battery cyclers, power supplies, DC electronic loads, inverters, and data acquisition systems
 * Develop and execute automated test procedures using Python, LabVIEW, or similar scripting/programming tools
 * Analyze test data, troubleshoot failures, and document findings clearly and accurately
 * Support root-cause investigations and debugging of electrical and system-level issues
 * Propose and implement new test methods to improve validation coverage and efficiency
 * Build, maintain, and improve test fixtures, harnesses, and laboratory equipment
 * Perform environmental and thermal testing using temperature chambers and related equipment
 * Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to validate product performance and reliability
 * Maintain accurate test records, reports, and documentation
 * Participate in laboratory organization, safety practices, 5S activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Support additional engineering and operational activities as needed
