Soft skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with great attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical stakeholders. * Confident in stakeholder management; able to challenge, align, and advise. * Structured working style with strong documentation habits. * Proactive attitude, driving issues from identification through resolution. * Comfortable working cross-functionally with business, IT, risk, and compliance. * High sense of ownership and integrity, especially with sensitive data.
