Knowledge of Dutch is considered a plus. ## Description As a result, the number of Non-Human Identities (NHIs), such as service accounts, machine accounts, certificates, secrets, API keys, workload identities, and AI agent identities, is growing exponentially. Effectively managing and securing these digital identities is essential to strengthening Alliander's cyber resilience and ensuring the security and continuity of critical operations. As the Product Owner Non-Human / Machine Identity Services, you will help establish a new strategic capability within the IAM Agile Release Train (ART), enabling Alliander to gain control over all non-human identities across the organization. As a Product Owner Non-Human / Machine Identity Services, you will contribute by: * Developing a product vision and strategy for Non-Human Identity Services together with stakeholders and Product Owners both within and outside the IAM ART. * Managing and prioritizing the product backlog and preparing Sprint Planning sessions with the team. * Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and creating alignment around priorities and objectives. * Safeguarding the quality of delivered solutions and coordinating quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. * Coaching and supporting IAM teams while fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation. * Working closely with the Product Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and Chapter Leads to develop a high-performing team.
