## About the Role

* Associate's degree in a computer-centered discipline. Pertinent bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
 * Experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent.
 * Clear understanding of troubleshooting principles for Laptops (Windows and Mac),OS , Desktop applications.Exhibits our core values: Results Orientation, Winning Attitude, Be One Team, Disciplined Execution, and Growth Mindset

## Description

* Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed.
 * Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products in order to deliver required desktop service levels.
 * Address issues around on-prem (Hypervisor, Storage and networks) and Cloud (AWS & Azure) infrastructure.
 * Provide support to Tier 3 teams to address on-site DC issues.
 * Receiving and documenting requests for support.
 * Updating computer operating systems and other important software, as needed.
 * Substantiating requests for hardware and software purchases and upgrades, if appropriate.
 * Providing suggestions on appropriate training for staff.
