## About the Role

Degree or HND in Electronics / Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent knowledge.

Essential Experience

 * C Programming on embedded systems
 * Ability to read circuit schematics.

Desirable Experience

 * Experience programming Cortex/ARM/Freescale/PIC processors
 * Digital electronic circuit design
 * Electronic skills at component level (soldering, use of oscilloscopes, etc.)
 * Understanding of serial communications/USB
 * C++ Programming
 * OO Software analysis & design
 * Understanding of audio concepts

Desirable Attributes

 * Some experience or interest in audio.

Disposition

A highly motivated individual with the ability to work as part of a team and on self-directed project work. Should be able to use own initiative and enjoy problem-solving. Will have good communication skills possessing the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels. Must be dedicated with a flexible approach to working hours.

Other Requirements

 * Desire to live and work in Cornwall.
