You'll also have a track record of translating business, policy or regulatory needs into practical governance solutions and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams., * Strong background in creating and maintaining data management/governance policies, controls, processes, and standards. (LEAD) * Experience improving the quality, consistency and usability of complex operational or regulatory datasets, including embedding new frameworks and ways of working into business-as-usual. * Experience translating business, policy or regulatory needs into prioritised data or governance deliverables that support operational delivery and decision-making. * Ability to work across policy, analytical, digital and technical teams to turn data governance requirements into practical solutions that support decision-making., * Changing and Improving * Communicating and Influencing * Delivering at Pace, Successful candidates must undergo a criminal record check.
