## About the Role

* Proven ecommerce CRO experience with measurable results
 * You've built pages in GemPages or a similar shopify builder
 * You use research and data before making changes
 * Strong understanding of message match, friction and buyer psychology
 * Fast, clear and comfortable with feedback, testing and AI tools

Basic HTML, CSS or Liquid knowledge is a bonus.

## Description

You'll:

 * Build and launch landing pages in GemPages for winning angles, offers and campaigns
 * Own and optimise the full journey across PDPs, cart and checkout
 * Improve the site-wide journey, homepage, collections and navigation
 * Ensure strong message match between the ad and landing page
 * Increase AOV through bundles, upsells and offer structure
 * Use customer and behavioural data to identify objections and drop-off points
 * Launch at least one meaningful improvement each week
 * Run structured A/B tests
 * Track key funnel and revenue metrics
 * Optimise mobile performance and maintain a clear CRO roadmap
 * Quality-check every page before it goes live

You'll build pages yourself in GemPages. This is not a reporting-only role. You'll research, decide, build, launch and learn.
