GRC Manager Location: UK Wide (Hybrid) Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 + Benefits We're working with a leading global technology and consulting organisation that delivers innovative cyber security and digital transformation solutions across both public and private sector clients. Due to continued growth within their Cyber Security practice, they are looking for a Cyber Information Assurance Manager to join their team. The Role As a Cyber Information Assurance Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering security assurance services across a range of large-scale programmes and client engagements. You'll act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic advice on cyber security risks, compliance requirements, and security governance frameworks. You'll work closely with stakeholders across technical and business teams, helping organisations strengthen their security posture through practical and risk-based approaches to information assurance. Key Responsibilities Identify, assess, and
advise on cyber security risks using recognised risk management methodologies. Conduct security assurance reviews against industry standards and compliance frameworks. Produce assurance reports and security evidence for key stakeholders. Undertake Privacy Impact Assessments and support assurance lifecycle activities. Develop, implement, and maintain cyber security policies, processes, and controls. Assess the effectiveness of security controls and recommend improvements. Evaluate security incidents and perform trend analysis to identify emerging risks. Deliver security awareness initiatives and provide guidance on regulatory and statutory requirements. Manage the delivery of security assurance services across projects and programmes. Collaborate with technical teams to embed security best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
